How do I use Laundry Leaf Detergent Sheets?

Put your load of laundry into your washing machine, and simply place the detergent sheet on top of your load. Have an HE Machine or Dispenser Drawer? Try the Detergent Dispenser!

Begin your washing cycle as usual, and Laundry Leaf will do the rest!

What temperature should I use when washing?

Laundry Leaf Detergent Sheets have been formulated to work effectively in both ❄️ Cold and 🔥 Hot water settings.

With some machines, we find the Detergent Dispenser works best with cold water.

Where do I put the laundry sheet in the washing machine?

Whether you have a top-load or front-load washing machine, we make it simple. Place your Detergent Sheets on top of your load and begin your washing cycle as usual.

Have an HE Washing Machine or Dispenser Drawer? Some customers prefer placing a sheet in the detergent dispenser!

Does Laundry Leaf work with H.E. (High-Efficiency) Washing Machines?

Absolutely! We proudly work with any and all kinds of washing machines.

Is Laundry Leaf safe to wash with wool, cotton, silk and other delicate fabrics?

Laundry Leaf uses a gentle cleaning formula that’s safe to use on all types of fabrics. However, just like any new detergent, it can be smart to first do a small test to be sure.

How many laundry sheets should I use?

Use less to save more! Our pre-measured and pre-cut laundry detergent sheets make doing laundry easy.

  • Small Load - 1/2 Sheet
  • Medium Load - 1 Sheet
  • Large Load - 1 to 2 Sheets

The average load sizes range from a Small Load (lighter load like workout clothes), and a Large Load (heavier load like bedding or towels).

Where do you ship from?

We proudly ship from Kelowna, BC Canada! Orders arrive to anywhere in Canada in 4-6 business days.

For US orders, we use USPS and it takes on average 5-8 business days to arrive.

When will I receive my order?

Canada: Standard Delivery time is approximately 4-6 business days after receiving your shipping email confirmation. Priority shipping speeds also available.

USA: Standard Delivery time is approximately 5-8 business days after receiving your shipping email confirmation. Priority shipping speeds also available.

International: Standard Delivery time is approximately 5-14 business days after receiving your shipping email confirmation.

What is your return/refund policy?

In the unlikely event you receive damaged or defective items, please email us at support@also.green with the subject line "Return: Damage or Defected item” and include your Order Number along with a photo of the issue, and we will promptly investigate and, if necessary, send you a replacement product within 2-3 business days.

If you don't 100% love Laundry Leaf, just email us and we'll refund you within 60 days from the date of delivery. Simply email our support team at support@also.green with your order number.

How do I edit my subscription?

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Either login or create an account with the same email you completed your order with. You can login/register here: https://also.green/account/login

What is your subscription cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any point, for any reason.

If you have an upcoming scheduled delivery, you have until midnight (PST) of the previous day to cancel your order and not be charged. If you try to cancel your order after receiving a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been processed and is on route to you.
