We ship from Canada. We proudly pack and ship all orders from BC and Ontario.
Shipping Times
Canada: Delivery time is approximately 4-6 business days after receiving your shipping email confirmation.
USA: Delivery time is approximately 4-8 business days after receiving your shipping email confirmation.
International: Delivery time is approximately 5-14 business days after receiving your shipping email confirmation.
Duties and Import Fees
Depending on your country, customs authorities may assess duties, import taxes, or carrier brokerage fees on your order at the time of delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs agency — not Also Green — and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to cover or reimburse these costs.
- Canada: Orders ship domestically, so no import duties apply.
- USA: Fees may be assessed by US Customs and Border Protection.
- International: Import fees vary by country and are set by your local customs authority. We encourage you to review your country's import regulations before placing an order if this is a concern.
Delivery Timelines
The delivery estimate shown at checkout reflects carrier transit time only. For international and US orders, customs processing is an additional step outside Also Green's control and may, in some cases, add time beyond the original estimate. We appreciate your patience if this applies to your order.
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused at delivery — including due to unexpected duties or import fees — return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred may be deducted from your refund where permitted by applicable law. We encourage you to review potential import costs before placing your order.
